We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
 Items must be unused and in original packaging.
 Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
 International shipping fees are non-refundable.
 A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
 Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.
6. What if I changed my mind?
If you changed your mind, we may offer store credit or a partial refund at our discretion without requiring a return:

 30% store credit for your next purchase
This helps cover international shipping costs and keeps the process simple for our customers.

Please report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will provide a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
