Return & Refund Policy

At Salt & Nile, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@saltandnile.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Skincare and body care products
  • Nail care tools and accessories

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@saltandnile.com.
