Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused and unopened in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Hygiene & Safety

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare, body care, or soap products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift packs that have been unsealed
  • Items not in their original condition

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your request must include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
